Author Guidelines

1. Scope

The journal welcomes original and unpublished manuscripts in the fields of social sciences and humanities. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, sociology, psychology, education, philosophy, history, Islamic studies, law, linguistics, and related interdisciplinary studies.


2. Submission Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be original and must not be under consideration or published elsewhere.
  • The length of the manuscript should not exceed 30 pages, including appendices and references.
  • The journal accepts submissions in Arabic and English.
  • Authors are required to submit a signed declaration confirming that the manuscript is submitted exclusively to the journal.

3. Formatting Guidelines

Arabic Manuscripts

  • Font: Traditional Arabic
  • Font size: 14 pt for main text, 12 pt for footnotes
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides

English Manuscripts

  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font size: 12 pt for main text, 10 pt for footnotes
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides

4. Citation and Referencing Style

The journal follows the APA Style (7th edition) for in‑text citations and reference lists. All sources cited in the text must appear in the reference list, and all references listed must be cited in the text.


5. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted exclusively through the journal’s Online Journal System (OJS) via the official website.
  • Authors must upload both Word and PDF versions of the manuscript.
  • A brief academic Curriculum Vitae (CV) of the author(s) must be included.

6. Fees

  • The journal does not charge any fees for manuscript submission or peer review.

  • Upon acceptance for publication, the author or the supporting institution is required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 100.
    This fee covers technical editing, DOI registration, and online publication.

  • The journal confirms that editorial decisions are based solely on scientific merit and peer review, and are not influenced by the payment of fees.


7. Publication Ethics

  • The journal strictly rejects any manuscript involving plagiarism, data fabrication, or improper citation.
  • The journal reserves the right to reject or retract any article found to violate publication ethics, in accordance with international ethical standards.
